LG and Prada have officially announced their second phone, which has the almost same design as its predecessor, but its specs are completely different. The first, and most important, difference is the presence of a sliding full QWERTY keyboard, which makes text input much easier. According to previous rumors the new handset really has a 5 megapixel Schneider-Kreuznach lens camera and a 7.2 megabit HSDPA and WLAN support. There is unfortunately no GPS receiver, but there is a gravity sensor, a stereo FM radio, stereo Bluetooth and a 3" touchscreen with a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. LG PRADA II is expected to become available this year in Italy, England, France, Germany, Spain and The Netherlands at an estimated price of €600.
