Ericsson accepted Nokia's offer

Nokia has announced their intention to but Symbian Limited's (estd. 1998) 52% they do not yet own, and they have made a price offer to the shareholders. One of the founders of the ten year old Symbuan, swedish Ericsson, has accepted the Finnish giant's offer, thus the 15.6% they own can now get to Nokia. Ericsson has been earlier manufacturing cell phones too, but after Sony Ericsson, the company they own togehter with Sony, has been founded, they do not make any more phones. Ericsson, world leader in 2G and 3G network equipments, doesn't only manufacture these equipments, but also sells services and operates networks, due to whic they have served more than 195 million customers last year.
