  "To all customers
  Over the last 6 months Hong Kong Post has steadily taken longer and longer to process and get parcels out of Hong Kong. If you are a regular buyer from us or any other Hong Kong based seller or site that uses Hong Kong Post you may yourself have already noticed this.
  The main reason is that Hong Kong airport is now the largest handler of air cargo in the world, as such the amount of air cargo space on planes has become more scarce. Airmail, which is generally low priority air cargo is taking much longer to be physically placed on planes to leave Hong Kong. Parcels normally took 2 - 3 working days to be shown as leaving Hong Kong after being mailed, nowadays it can take anywhere from 7 - 15 days.
  Another reason for delays, but not always is that inward air cargo to most western countries is being much more thoroughly checked by customs, this is a result of heightened security due to recent foiled terrorist plots using air cargo. Parcels normally took 1 - 2 days to clear customs, now it takes 3 - 7 days.
  Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to make parcels arrive faster. We are sending this mass email out as we have seen buyer satisfaction start being affected and many buyers are blaming the postal delays on our service.
  We want to take this time to clearly state that MP4 Nation has no control over delivery of parcels and the above mentioned delay.
  As such we have now revised the expected time frame for deliveries to various regions to the following:
  N. America: 10 - 20 working days
  W. Europe: 10 - 25 working days
  South Asia: 10 - 20 working days
  South East Asia: 10 - 15 working days
  Japan, S. Korea, Australia & New Zealand: 7 - 25 working days
  S. America: 20 - 35 working days
  Other regions: 10 - 60 working days or more.
  We do hope that the situation with Hong Kong Post does change in the coming months, but till then please do note the revised delivery time estimates. Also note that the time frames are estimates, sometimes parcels will arrive faster or even longer than the times stated.
  It is recommend that buyers that need items in a rush choose EMS if EMS is an option to your country.
