The latest ROM for one of HTC's top handsets, Diamond, is available (for example from here). The version number of the new ROM is 2.03.401.3.
The update includes the following fixes:
- When launching the camera the user has sometimes seen a dark screen if there have been other applications running in the background
- Video playback is now more continuous
- Speaker bugs fixed: previously it has happened that music volume was turned down and than up at every 10 seconds.
- The handset receives MMS messages in standby mode as well
- Sometimes music playback launched from the TouchFLO 3D music tab didn't have the proper volume
It's important to know that the new ROM version can be used for SIM-free Diamond handsets, it is not guaranteed to work with operator branded editions.
