It is not yet known what UIQ technology is about to do, but the upcoming event's banner is already posted on the official site. UIQ is a user interface based on the Symbian operating system, just like Series 60, but UIQ prefers touchscreen data entry. It is not much known about the fate of UIQ, but it's sure that all companies have voted on the united and open Symbian-based user interface, recently acquired by Nokia, and this will unite all Symbian solutions within two years.
