We have previously seen pictures of Samsung L870, but the Korean manufacturer has announced it officially only now. The handset, based on Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition FP2 is a special one, but not only because of its sleek design, but also because of the Safari browser, taken from Apple, which of course offers a different browsing experience in the lack of a touchscreen. The HSDPA-enabled device has a 2.4" display with 16 million colors, a 3 MP autofocus camera, Quick Office document viewer, an advanced music player, stereo RDS FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0 EDR support and 100 MB of internal memory that can be expanded with a microSD card. The 103.5 x 50.5 x 13.5 mm large Samsung L870 will be available from August in Europe.
