Although iPhone 3G, coming next weekend, has been seriously updated in business features too, it still cannot be considered as a rival of the BlackBerry series. The target users of Apple and RIM are quite different, while the first one targets those technocrats who prefer music and multimedia, BlackBerry models are evidently the "toys" of businessmen. The soon to be released BlackBerry Bold supersedes all previous RIM models with its features and it will be followed by several models with some outstanding features, one of these being BlackBerry Thunder. The Canadian company foresees a very strong half-year, which might result in the largest profit and market share in the company's history. We hope that these declarations are not done only in order to distract attention from the second quarter results that are not as good as they were planned.
