N-Gage games will be transferable

After the launch of the new N-Gage service, many have criticized the Finnish manufacturer, as downloaded games are bound forever to the given phone, which means that in case of a phone switch, the buyer has to bid farewell its games, or has to buy them again. According to the Finnish manufacturer's statement, a solution to this problem is soon to come, which will provide transferability for licenses, so the issue is just a temporary one. The company has emphasized that N-Gage games, just like applications from other companies, are bound to one device, as high-quality copy protection is very important for game developers. Still, the Finnish manufacturer understands the users' criticism, as opposed to mobile game consoles, switching phones is much more probable, so they are working on a temporary solution, together with the company's service center, which will be followed by a final right-transfer solution. This means that at first, the transfer of game licenses will be handled by Nokia service centers.
