The RAZR (razor blade) series, announced in 2004, had a huge success, but that left its mark on Motorola so much that they still couldn't really finish those design specifics and hardware features, even though they are today considered to be quite old. Ruby VE1, pictured below, seems to be a pleasant and fresh surprise from this point of view. On one hand it has a completely new design, and the 5 megapixel camera, rotating with the upper flip, also means that we can use the external, large display for taking pictures. So Motorola seems to be finally capable of catching up with demands on the market, even though the internal display of Ruby VE1 seems to be small, but the phone might be advanced from other points of view, and it can be successful.
