LG has recently had a couple of mistakes with phones that have digital television receivers, as some of these had smaller and lower quality displays than their classical counterparts. LU1400, pictured below, however, seems to be a promising one, at least for those who like clamshells with a rotatable upper flip. The phone, equipped with a 2.8", 800 x 480 pixels large display and a 3 megapixel camera, features a DMB receiver and it will be available in those 18 countries where a CDMA network is availble. It it not yet known whether the South-Korean manufacturer will create a similar television-oriented clamshell for Europe as well.
