Pharos Traveler with a 3.5" WVGA display

This year the 3." display and the WVGA resolution might be the big hits in the high end. Pharos Traveler 137 has this size with its 3.5" touchscreen display at a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The Windows Mobile device, just like its name says, is made for navigation, which is available in a dayly, weekly, monthly or yearly licence, just like Nokia Maps, and it can be used even without network data transfer. The handset, based on WM 6.1 Professional, has a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM 7201A CPU, 256 MB RAM and 512 MB of Flash storage. Besides this it also features a 3 megapixel camera, 7.2 megabit download and 2 megabit upload speeds via HSPA, GPS, WLAN and stereo Bluetooth, a microSD(HC) card slot and a 1380 mAh battery, providing 4 hours of talk time. The 116.8 x 61 x 13 mm large Pharos Traveler 137, weighing 139 grams, will be first available from American T-Mobile, but it will also be launched this quarter in a SIM-free edition at a price of 600 USD.
