A Bluetooth headset is becoming an indispensable accessory for all mobile phones, especially since the necessary chips and antennas only cost a few cents. We have already seen many experiments when manufacturers packed a headset to the phone. This solution hits two birds with a stone: first there is no need to package the headset separately and produce a separate charger for it, and second, two units can be sold at the same time with almost full profit. The idea of a headset built in the phone seems even more interesting, as there is no need even for a charger with two connectors, and furthermore, storing the phone and the headset together further increase the user's comfort; in other words this is easier to sell. Of course in such cases harmonizing the phone and the headset are a separate challenge, in order to make them look good together and separately and let them serve their original functions at the same time. The prototype designed by Sunman Kwon seems to pass both obstacles successfully. The device with a huge touchscreen display stays elegant even after removing the headset from its top, while the headset equipped with a rotating earphone look like a comfortable and elegant thing to wear. It is not yet known when will such phones be available, but it is possible that even people not interested in technology would like if they could use both the phone and the headset immediately after taking them out of the box, bypassing the inconvenient procedure of Bluetooth pairing.
