WM-based Nokia phones

Currently we do not know for sure if there will be a Windows Mobile-based Nokia phone, but according to the source John Starkweather, marketing director of Microsoft's mobile department, has started negotiations with the Finnish corporation. Nokia currently produces only Symbian-based smartphones, as Symbian is mostly in Nokia's property. Microsoft is optimistic, however, as with their operating system the Finnish manufacturer could enter new segments of the market. The Finnish manufacturer has not yet responded to the proposal but the rapprochement of the two companies is somewhat visible: Nokia has made Microsoft's Live service available on some of its devices.
