Besides the new Walkmans Sony Ericsson also launched new musical accessories. One of the most interesting piece is the wired headset called HPM-88, which uses the microphone-based noise filter technology known from the Sony Walkman series. This can filter up to 75 percent of the environmental noise. The HBH-IS800 stereo Bluetooth headset also has an exciting, simple design, which sits deep in the ears (just like Sony Ericsson Walkman headsets) and its soft silicone plug can filter out background noise. The tiny headset provides 270 hours of standby and 4 hours of music playback time, the latter being rather small compared to Walkman phones that provide 25 hours of playback. The manufacturer has thought of those too who don't like earplug headsets, so HPM-66 has a conventional design.

The manufacturer also announced three new portable speakers, the smalles being the MPS-100 wired speaker with an aluminum finish. It's 100 x 55 mm large, weighs 137 grams and provides up to 5 hours of music playback, using the phone's battery. MSB-200 and MBS-400 are Bluetooth speakers with an own battery and provide 5 hours of playback or 50 hours of standby. The difference between the two devices is that the larger one has two stereo speakers. The smaller one weighs 249 grams, the other weighs 232 grams more. The new accessories are expected to be shipped by the end of the year, but their price has not been revealed yet.
