According to Commercial Times the launch of two Palm models can be delayed until the end of the year, as the capacity of the originally planned Qualcomm chipset wasn't enough. Products from Compal Communications won't appear on the market until Qualcomm starts to ship its new processors. It is not yet known which two models are affected, but it's sure that Palm Pré is not, as its based on a Texas Instruments CPU and its not made by Compal, but by Chi Mei Communication Systems (CSMC). According to reports Palm Pré, which has a strategical importance, is coming in time, during Q2.
