Two new Nokias for the CDMA market

Hirdetés

Although Nokia phones undoubtedly rule almost 40 percent of the market, not all areas are equally successful. While on the GSM phone market they are by far the leaders in sales, on the CDMA market the situation is completely different. Although this standard is not available at us, it's still worth take a look at what kind of phones are sold in China for example. Nokia 8208 is practically a copy of N96 in its design, but it has much less features. The phone with a 2.2", 240 x 320 pixels large display, a 3 Mpix camera, Bluetooth 2.0 support, a GPS receiver and FM radio is 101 x 45 x 16 mm large, weighs 126 grams, has an internal memory of only 150 MB, which can be expanded with a microSD card.

The handset is no smartphone, so it's built on Nokia Series 40, just like the Nokia 3608 clamshell, that has a 2", 176 x 220 pixels large main screen and a 128 x 128 pixels large secondary display, along with 15 MB of internal memory that can be expanded with a microSD card. Both phones are made primarily for China, but of course the Finnish manufacturer won't forget the CDMA networks in the USA either.
