OQO is announcing its latest Intel Atom-based mini computer at CES 2009, starting tomorrow. The standard computer, having a 5" touchscreen and a sliding QWERTY keyboard, has been previously based on low-consumption CPUs from VIA, but soon the new variant, based on the 1.86 GHz Intel Atom processor, will be announced, which has an HSDPA module, 2 GB of memory, an OLED screen and a hard drive as well. Otherwise the new gadget is expected to be the same as the OQO Model e2 edition.
