Samsung has recently announced its new W599 that is capable of handling two SIM cards, and it's interesting because of many things. First, the phone can operate on GSM and CDMA networks at the same time, and second, the 2.4" 240 x 320 resolution display is a touchscreen and has handwriting recognition. The other specs are nothing special: it has a 2 megapixel camera, stereo FM radio, stereo Bluetooth module and 34 MB of internal memory that can be expanded with a microSD card. These dual-SIM wonders unfortunately have a pretty steep pricing, W599 arrives with a price tag of 650 USD, which is quite expensive compared to it's features.
