Nokia E71 coming soon

The existence of the business category model that will be the successor of E61 is no news. It has been known for months that the E71 exists and its specifications have been as well accessible for a long time, but we haven't heard about it officially until now. While everybody’s eyes were on Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Nokia held an event in Sydney Australia. It unveiled pics of this new business smartphone, the E71, which will replace the E61 when released to the market. The new phone has the similar form-factor of a candybar with an integrated QWERTY-keyboard. Nokia reported the E71 is significantly smaller than its predecessor - a mere 57 mm and 10mm thick. In addition the phone features 3G support (HSDPA), Wi-Fi, microSDHC slot, integrated GPS and 3.2-megapixel camera. Unfortunately the decrease in size was at the expense of the display. The new model has only a 2.36" screen. Nokia's 112 x 57 x 10 mm large E71, weighing 120 grams, is expected to be officially presented at CeBit. (The E71 will possibly look like on the pictures below, although some minor exterior changes may be made until the official premiere.)
