LG and Microsoft have recently signed a strategical cooperation agreement, which covers the two companies cooperating closely on developing smartphones and PDA-phones. LG Incite, pictured below, uses Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional instead of the manufacturer's proprietary operating system. The exterior is as simple as it can be, but the rim surrounding the 3", 240 x 400 display might be a bit too large. There can be no other complaints, however, as the device has a 3.2 megapixel camera, HSDPA support, GPS and WLAN, a stereo FM radio, stereo Bluetooth support, a gyroscope, a microSD(HC) slot and a 1030 mAh battery providing up to 8 hours of talk time. Besides the basic functions, the handset also features Microsoft Office Mobile and Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5. The 107 x 55.9 x 14 mm large LG Incite, weighing 119.9 grams, will be available only in the United States at first, at a price of 200 dollars (with subscription).
