Everyone has a desire for uniqueness and luxury, and of course there are some who are willing to pay huge sums for the symbols of uniqueness. Vertu is definitely such a symbol, as in fact it's not a phone, but a piece of jewelery, since it's made by jewelers by hand, out of precious materials. Vertu phones never had some outstanding specs, but they have finally received 3G support, which means a green light for the Japanese market, where GSM networks are unavailable. The first Vertu store in Japanes will open this month in an environment where the interior is completely harmonized with the models. First only SIM-free phones will be sold, but later on they will be available in a subscription package as well, on the virtual network of Vertu.
