Due to a bug in HTC Touch Pro2 (or better said in the TouchFLO 3D user interface) it was unable to send messages to phone numbers starting with international prefixes (eg. +36...). The hotfix available from this link fixes this but, but unfortunately it has to be reinstalled after every hard reset. Besides fixing the messaging bug, Touch Pro2's GPS search flaw (which blocked the phone from connecting to satellites in certain situations) has also been corrected.
