HTC Touch Diamond, having a huge display and a series of extra features, has two major issues, one of them being the slow speed of the TouchFLO 3D interface and the other is the bit too small 900 mAh battery. Still, battery capacity might still have seemed small. The recently announced high-capacity battery pack doesn't only contain a 1340 mAh battery but a new back cover too, as due to the increased capacity the new battery wouldn't fir under the original cover. So the price paid for the increased capacity is not only $81 USD, but also some increase in size. The accessory can only be pre-ordered currently, but it is expected to become available soon.
