It is absolutely sure, that there is no other phone in the world, that would be such a Brazilian soap opera star as the Meizu M8: it always appears somewhere, some bits of information slip out and then it completely disappears for months. Months keep passing by and the story just doesn't progress. Meizu could only show us a plastic dummy model at GSMA, but they have presented a prototype with electric circuits at CeBIT.
The handset prototype itself has practically no functions, the phone's software was demonstrated on a presentation panel. It was a bit clumsy even there, as sometimes it didn't react to touches. The device has very advanced specs: 3.4" 480 x 720 pixel large display, 3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 EDR, WiFi (802.11b/g), WinCE 6.0, 667mhz ARM11 CPU, TV output, GPRS and EDGE support are its main features. Unfortunately the 107 x 59 x 11.9 mm large Meizu won't be out in less then half a year, not even according to the manufacturer's optimistic estimation.
