The Moto Ming series has been silently expanded

Motorola has now officially announced the MING A1600 and A1800 phones, that have been known since a long time ago. Both models come with a number of business features on-board, and A1800 even has some network features. MOTOMING A1600 has a design similar to other models in the series, so the 2.4", 240 x 320 pixels large display is covered with a transparent active flip, that can be used for accepting calls. The Linux-based phone has a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, that can be used for creating animated GIFs, in the sipirit of the '90s, but it can also read name cards. The lack of 3G makes it obvious that the destination of the phone is China. The 98.9 x 53.5 x 19.6 mm large Motorola A1600, weighing 128 grams, has a built-in GPS, a stereo FM radio and built-in stereo Bluetooth, while its internal memory can be expanded with a microSD card, of up to 4 GB in size. The features of MOTOMING A1800 are almost the same as the other's, with the exception that this one doesn't support even EDGE, but in turn it can be used on CDMA networks too, besides GSM and GPRS.
