Sharp and Softbank have announced the world's first mobile phone with a 3.8" touchscreen and a resolution of 1024 x 480 pixels, which even has a standard cell phone keypad. Softbank 931SH has, however, some other special features as well. The only 115 x 52 x 16 mm large handset, weighing 130 grams, has a GPS receiver, a 5.2 megapixel autofocus camera, Felica 2.0 touchless payment service, TV receiver, HSDPA support, stereo Bluetooth and a microSDHC slot. Sharp 931SH, coming in the winter, will be available exclusively at Japanese Softbank.
