LG has recently announced its KP500 phone which will be the cheapest touchscreen phone, according to the manufacturer. The exact price of the newcomer is still not known, but it's sure that it will be launched this month. The phone with a 3", 240 x 400 pixels large touchscreen has a 3 megapixel camera with fix focus, Flash-based auto-rotating user interface, Word-, Excel-, PowerPoint- and PDF-viewer, stereo FM radio and Bluetooth 2.1 support. The 106.5 x 55 x 11.9 mm large handset, weighing 89 grams is intended to be cheap and it doesn't support 3G or WLAN and it has no GPS receiver, while we also have to say goodbye to high-quality video recording, which is a trademark of the company.
