HTC's most feature-filled PDA-phone is undoubtedly Touch HD, which has the largest display of the market. The 3.8" WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) screen, the 5 megapixel autofocus camera, the 528 MHz CPU, 512 MB Flash and 288 MB RAM, a GPS receiver, WLAN and stereo Bluetooth support, 7.2 megabit HSPA and the 1350 mAh battery along with the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system and the TouchFLO 3D user interface make it an almost uniquely powerful offer on the market, maybe the lack of a hardware QWRETY keyboard can be mentioned as a flaw, at least regarding features. The 115. x 62.8 x 12 mm size and the weight of 146.4 grams might seem a bit oversized in the era of tiny phone. Besides this even Touch Diamond seems a midget-sized handset. Of course it would be really hard to cram such a large screen and such features in a smaller size.
