This year is expected to be dedicated to touchscreen phones at the Finnish manufacturer as well, which doesn't only mean the launch of smartphones, but some classical phones are expected as well. Nokia 6208, based on Series 40, is just the first bird of the flock, made primarily for China and has a 2.4", 240 x 320 pixel touchscreen display. The user interface, usable with a stylus, can make the entry of complex Chinese characters more simple, but besides this it offers lots of extra features for image editing and in the menus too. The 109.8 x 49.3 x 13.3 mm large handset, weighing 120.1 grams, has a stylus embedded in its back, a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera, double LED flash, 3.5 mm sound output jack, 13 MB of intenral memory, a microSDHC slot, and an 860 mAh battery, providing 3.5 hours of talk time. Nokia 6208c, having a stainless steel back, GPRS class 32 and stereo Bluetooth support, is expected to become available this quarter in China.
