  We apologize for any difficulties you’ve encountered. Based on our investigation, x@xxxxxxxx.xxx has entered a state of inactivity but was accessed within 365 days. (The account becomes inactive if it has been idle for more than 365 days and will be deleted eventually).This triggered a creation of a “false account” in the system which causes conflicts with the one active.

  For us to rectify this issue, we want to ask for your permission to delete the false account.

  Please note that deleting the false account would cause all emails, contacts and folders to be removed from the point the false account was created going back. This includes any Microsoft points accumulated in the said time-span.
