  I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your petrol transaction. Please rest assured, as I will look into this for you.
  
  You've been charged a higher amount because automated petrol pumps automatically charge you (and us) the full amount that you can buy, and then the cost is adjusted later for the amount you actually used.
  
  We've decided that we'll pre-authorise Ft 43,724.00 if you are making a transaction to pay at the pump. This, however, will be settled later on once we have captured the full amount from the merchant.
  
  It's similar to a hotel deposit, where you put down a larger amount to cover any costs you might incur, and then you are refunded after you leave the hotel. You should have already seen the amount adjusted to your account.
  
  If the transaction still appears as pending on your bank account, please provide your bank with the RRN (Retrieval Reference Number): “blablablabla” and they’ll be able to locate the authorization and release any held funds.
