    Item location policy-ben ez van: "To make sure buyers have a clear understanding of shipping charges and delivery times, sellers must provide accurate information in their listings about where their item will be shipped from."

    Ezt írta nekem először: "Sincerely sorry for this trouble,we do send your parcel on time,normally it needs 15-35 days to arrive.And we have contacted to our carrier and they tell your parcel is safely on your way,so could you kindly give us some more days?
    If you still didn't receive your parcel at the estimated time,you could contact us and we will take full responsibility."

    Majd jött ez mikor reklamáltam:"I understand your mood, but there is no option in the postage fieldd for us to write the passage.
    We have shipped the package, please wait patiently for a few days, is that ok?
    Thanks a lot for your understanding of this matter, we will try our best to serve you."
