Alcatel launches a Playboy phone

When hearing the name Alcatel, many of you might think of cheap devices. The word "fashion" doesn't even come into discussion, not even if we know that the company was originally from France, the home of fashion. Recently Alcatel has tried to change this perception with the help of a number of partners, but neither Elle, nor Mandarina Duck phones got into the premium category. The reason is very simple: the manufacturer didn't create new phones, but has simply repacked its mid-range models. Unfortunately the concept is the same in the case of the new partner, Playboy, too. The Playboy Alcatel phone, pictured below, is nothing new, but is a repacked edition of the earlier One Touch V770. The 1.9", 220 x 176 pixel large display, the 1.3 megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth support, the microSD slot and the 10 MB internal memory keep it in the mid-range, even if the 104 x 52 x 10 mm large phone, weighing 75 grams, is the first Playboy phone from Alcatel.
