  Capture Pirate Brigand and back to her
  Tips: Capture Quest. Timeout Quest. You can get 5 quest undertaking items once a day

  Starting NPC: General Rachel

  Step1: Go to the ruin in Southeast of Sigia Dock. (the circle-like symbol in the map) kill the pirate champion to get the flag.
  Step2: Use the flag to summon the pirate commander (the flag must be used inside the ruin). He would appear along with 4 or 5 other pirates; all of them have letter Q above their heads.
  Step3: Once the pirate commander is defeated, he should drop the quest item for each of the member of the party.
  Step4: Back to Rachel to get the reward

  Required Quest: LV 23 "Sweeping Pirates 1"
