A lighttpd1.4.31-1 -es verziója települt ma az ipkg csomagfrissítéssel, erről lehet tudni hogy megbízható stabil verzió sok kellemetlen emlékem van már ennek a komponensnek a frissítéseiről sajnos?

Tomatonál (Shibby) 2.6-os kernel kell, Olegnél megy 2.4-el is, de szerintem csak kevés eszközt támogat. Nekem "komolyan" hackelni kellett,d e így is csak az egyik modemet tudtam működésre bírni.
Tomatot nem ismerem annyira - Olegnél az USB support környékén kell keresni.

Tökéletesen megy! Nekem is fent van a WL-500gP-n, ami szintén v1-es, bár csak teszt routernek használom, illetve a WL-500W-n is, ami viszont folyamatos üzemben van az RT-N16 után kötve, switch módban...
Most látom csak, hogy fentebb szerkesztetted a hsz-ed!
Szóval amit linkeltem, az a Shibby féle build, amit pedig Te használsz, az még a teddy_b féle változat egy ősrégi példánya! Mellesleg annak fejlesztése már több mint egy éve leállt... A Shibby félében van egy halom új funkció is azóta, ez sem spéci kiadás.

Sikerült belőni. A HUAWEI E220 nem egy új darab, viszont eléggé elterjedt.
Ami a gondot okozta, hogy nekem csak akkor megy, ha a PIN ellenőrzést kikapcsolom. Ha a felső USB aljzatba dugom, akkor /dev/ttyUSB0 -ra kell állítsam és minden megy.
Letöltésnél 4Mbps-t tudott, és az adott helyen ennyi volt közvetlenül a gépre dugva is. Felfelé a modem maximumát tudja.
Nem tudom gyorsabb modemnél állít-e korlátot a router USB portja ( NAS-nál ugye erősen). -

Valaki azt írta, hogy WL-500W-s routerrel kapcsolatban is lehet ide kérdést írni. Hát íme:
Router beüzemelve, az elején a LAN-nál 4-1.-ig világítanak a számok és a LAN felírat is folyamatosan (teljesen mindegy, hogy ténylegesen mennyi LAN kábel van bedugva hátul), valamint a WAN felírat is. A POWER jel és az AIR felírat teljesen inaktív. A routeren keresztül nem tudok kapcsolódni a netre. A 192.168.1.1 nem elérhető. Jobban mondva semmi sem elérhető a routeren keresztül. Hiába húzgálom ki a tápot és dugom vissza. Hiába nyomkodom a RESTORE gombot. Valakinek esetleg ötlet? Beszéltem az ASUS-szal. Borzasztóan inkorrektek. Egy az egyben kijelentették, hogy vegyek egy másik routert, ezt meg dobjam ki.
De, ezt én 30-ért vettem 4 éve. Nekem most nincs ugyanennyim egy megbízható routerre, sőt semennyim. Kérlek segítsetek! Ha, csak egy szervízt tudtok mondani ahol foglalkoznak ilyen szereléssel nekem az is jó, csak hagy keljen már életre ez a szerencsétlen. Köszönöm előre is! -

Megpróbálom érthetően megfogalmazni
Openwrt firm.
Adott egy wifis hálózat egy AP-vel amire rálövöm a WL-500-at hogy ezen keresztül tudjam konfigurálni kábel nélkül.Beállítom kliens módba adok neki fix IP címet,átjárónak megadom azt a router IP címet amire a számítógépem kapcsolódik. Látszólag össze is párosítja magát az AP-vel,amikor még benne van a kábel akkor a beállított címen el is tudom érni a routeren keresztül de ha kihúzom akkor már nem.Van egy TP-Link AP-m ami ugyanígy van kliens módba téve fix IP-vel és tökéletesen el tudom érni.Tudom hogy ez más,meg az openwrt egy kicsit összetettebb dolog csak logikailag gondoltam hogy esetleg ugyanúgy kellene működnie.Valaki leírná hogy ha esetleg hasonló módon használ ilyen rendszert hogyan állította be esetleg.köszönöm

Hello,
van egy Asus WL-500gpP Premium v1-em Shibby féle 1,28-as Tomato-val. Egy pendrivera megcsináltam amit kellett, hogy az rtorrent tudjon futni, ez OK. Szeretnék újra egy külső vinyót is csatlakoztatni, hogy inkább arra mentődjenek az rtorrentel a fájlok viszont azt nem szeretném újra ext3-ra formázni mert hordozni is akarom, plusz TV-re is rászeretném tenni néha ezért maradna a mostani FAT32 vagy NTSC fáljrndszerben. A Tomato támogatja a FAT és az NTSC-t is ha jól látom, de hogyan kell úgy beállítani (megputtyolni) a vinyót, hogy működhessen rá az rtorrent? Most FAT a vinyó, amit az fw felismer, mountol mint "vfat". Ide-oda fájlmásolgatás, törlés, írás megy simán rajta, tehát csak valahogy az rtorrentet kellene beálltani rá. Tudtok segíteni hogyan? Korábban ugye ext3-ra volt rajta beállítva, most FAT-os és így néz ki a felállás:

ahogy olvastam a dolgokról, egyre inkább elbizonytalanodtam
fetreng itthon kihasználatlanul egy wl500p v1, gondoltam jó lesz nyomtatószervernek. ha jól sejtem, akkor kliens módban fel kell kapcsolódnia a meglevő hálózatra, és mindezt a tomatousb tudja is. ráadásul a wrt54gl-emen már tomato van, legalább ismerős lesz
a bizonytalanság: bármilyen nyomtatóval megy ez a dolog? (erre való a raw mód?) akár párhuzamos-usb átalakítóval is?

Bár biztos megvan rá az okod, de azért felteszem a láma kérdést, ha már úgyis kell a WL-500gP, akkor minek a Linksys? Nem lehet kiváltani az utóbbit?
Na de mindegy is, én azt nem értem pontosan, hogy WiFi-vel, vagy kábellel szeretnéd összekötni a két routert?
Egyébként megy átalakítóval is, én is használtam így egy HP LaserJet 6L-t!
