Probably many of you still remember Microsoft's Windows 3.1 operating system announced in 1992, which back then ran on such computers that had much weaker processors, less memory and storage space than a mid-to-high range mobile has today. Yes, it's completely meaningless and unnecessary, but Marchin-PRV has used the DOSBox x86 DOS emulator to successfully install the old operating system on an N95 multimedia smartphone. According to the pictures the OS ran without any problem on the Finnish handset, although this is nothing more than nostalgia, it doesn't really have any practical use. Additional pictures of the first boot are available at http://www.frazpc.pl/b/232621.
