P-Per is one of the Red Dot Concept Design Award winners that were designed by Chocolate Design Agency (www.chocolate-agency.com). It is an impressively simple and sustainable mobile phone combining features that were supposed to be incompatible: simple, advanced, green and unique. It's made out of only 4 layers of sustainable materials, the "1 function -- 1 part -- 1 material" rule facilitates disassembly and materials recycling. Still, the device completely fits in current trends and fashion: it has simple, clean lines, a huge touchscreen and a camera too. Although it's highly possible that the device will not be commercially available, it still shows new possibilities for designers: it's not impossible to create a bleeding edge phone that is not only attractive, but also environment-friendly.
