GETAC announced its latest heavy-duty Windows Mobile Professional PDA, which has such features like a 3 megapixel autofocus camera, altimeter and a digital compass. The handset, having a thick rubber case, has an uptime of 8 hours and withstands even the most extreme envirnonmental conditions. Besides these the device features a 3.5" touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 640 pixels, a 533 MHz Samsung CPU, 128 MB RAM, 2 GB of internal memory, Bluetooth and WLAN support. The 144.8 x 81.3 x 30.5 mm large handset, weighing 300 grams, suits the MIL-STD 810F specifications, it is IP54 certified, but its launch date and price are not known yet.
