CeBIT: Handsfree differently

SeecodeWheel brings a never before seen, but really practical looking solution in the segment of handsfree car kits: we saw a universal, driving wheel-mountable device at their stand.

The device is relatively small and it was designed not to bother us when turning the driving wheel and at the same time it knows everything such a device should know: it displays the caller on a display with backlight and based on data from its memory, capable of storing 600 contacts, it can show the name too.

It connects to the phone through Bluetooth, supports Bluetooth 2.0 - it uses the same standard for phonebook syncing too.

It has a decent volume in the speakers in order to make conversations enjoyable. It can store the 3 most frequently dialed numbers on speed dial. The battery offers 200 hours of standby- and 10 hours of talk time. It can be taken out easily, so if don't to take of the kit from the wheel for charging, we don't need to.

The car kit will hit stores in march, at an estimated price of 150 EUR.
