    shaman buff inc:

    On PTR, Blizzard dropped one hell of a bomb giving ALL shamans a MS debuff in the form of flametongue weapons, and a 50% snare/root duration reduction with the toughness talent (a little too extreme, will most likely be toned down to 30%). They also removed NS/elemental mastery nerf in addition to lowering the 30 second undispellable shamanistic rage to 15 but doubled the amount of mana returned! Shaman is the most underpowered class in arena overall and I wholeheartly welcome any buff for them, even if it may make them a little over the top it is needed to revitalize this class on SK100. They can always be toned down later similar to rogue's AR/prep.
