  Olyat szedj le amihez a File description-ben az van írva hogy Flash BIOS update (Flash from operating system version). Ez a windows alól elindul, és ez a legegyszerübb, de mindent mentsél el meg mindnet zárjál be mialatt csinálja.
  Ennek ez a menete:

  Downloading the package
  =======================
  1. Click the file link to download the file from the web page.
  2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
  the downloaded file.

  Extracting the package
  ======================
  1. Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files and Folders.
  2. Type 2ejy46usa.exe in the search field, then click Find Now.
  This will locate the file you just downloaded.
  3. Double-click the 2ejy46usa.exe icon.
  4. Read the license agreement
  5. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Ensure that "Save files in folder" is set to
  C:\LENOVO\FLASH\2EJY46USA.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish.

  Installing the package
  ======================
  1. Close all open applications.
  2. Click Start, then click Run.
  3. Type C:\LENOVO\FLASH\2EJY46USA\WINPHLASH.EXE.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Select Backup BIOS and Flash BIOS with new settings.
  6. Click Flash BIOS. You will told to save your work and close
  all other applications.
  7. Click OK. Your system will automatically shutdown and
  restart so that the changes will take effect.
