  Végre megtalált e-maiben a coinbase support. 9 pontban bekértek mindent amit lehet. Nagy része olyan amitől távol állok és az én hibám lenne.

  4. Were you in touch with any customer service representative via phone or social media during the time of the unauthorized activity? If so, please provide us with the phone number or URL/web address.
  5. Have you suffered any noticeable interruption in your phone service or been a victim of a phone port/sim swap?
  6. Have you received any unrequested emails or SMS messages claiming to be from Coinbase that prompted you to click a link and enter your login credentials? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message so we can take a look.
