  Thank You for the reply, however, You are wrong about the cause of the malfunction. The cleaner worked perfectly for almost a year, we used it in auto mode, just as designated, living it to recognize the surfaces and self adjust power accordingly. I have also read about it on the internet and learnt that this type of malfunction is quite frequent and You had already even replaced some of these defective brush-heads. I don't think either that an appliance like this should only work properly for such a short period of time.
