    elnéztem a dátumot, és két nap helyett (azt hittem másodika van :) ) egy óra jött nekem is.

    küldtem ticket-et buziéknak, jött a válasz:
    "Thank you for contacting our support team about this matter.
    You were banned for Team Killing by the in-game system report.
    There is not such a thing as self-defense in this game. You simply cannot use Team kill.
    Even though it may have been accidental we must treat all rule violations the same and due to this you have received a suspension according to the punishment instructions.
    Unfortunately we can’t remove your suspension.
    Please, take into account that we do this in order to maintain a good environment in the game.
    Next time this happens use the in-game complain system. It will solve your problem against such cases of Ramming\Blocking\team-killing, etc.
    I hope you understand it and let us know if you need anything else regarding account or game problems.
