    Thank you for contacting OnePlus Customer Support. This is Riley and I will be assisting you today.

    I'm sorry to hear about the battery problem as well as the unusual heating that you're experiencing with your OnePlus One. I know how important it is to have your phone running for at least a day. Please know that battery consumption will always depend on device usage. Running applications, background apps, brightness settings, wallpaper coloration and wallpaper type (live or static), enabled settings (WiFi, Location, Bluetooth, Mobile Data, NFC etc), online activity (streaming) will directly influence the battery life.

    In order to isolate if this is a software or hardware related issue, kindly perform the troubleshooting steps listed below.

    Steps for Oxygen OS:
    - Power off your device.
    - Press the power key + volume down for a few seconds.
    - Select English.
    - Select Wipe Data and Cache.
    - There will be 3 options: Factory Reset, Wipe Data and Wipe Cache
    - Select Wipe Cache.
    - Select Yes.
    - Reboot phone.

    Steps for Cyanogen OS:
    - Power off your device.
    - Press the power key + volume down for a few seconds.
    - Select English.
    - Select Wipe cache partition

    This will only clear the system cache and does not reset the phone. Make sure to force close all background apps and kindly observe your phone's battery life for at least a day to see if there's any improvement on the battery life.

    Remélem nem húzza szét a fórumot nagyon, ha igen, akkor link mögé berakom a screent a levélről.

    Magyarul az 1 napos üzemidő normális, meg wipeoljak, hátha toldok a jelenlegi üzemidőn kicsit? :DDD
    Stock LOS, semmi extra, napi 8-9 óra mobilnet, telefonhasználat csak akkor ha villog. Esténként 30-60 perc streaming wifin és jön az energia takarékos mód.
    ~2hetente jön frissítés a LOS-hoz, akkor mindig megcsinálom a wipeokat...
