  Keresgéltem neked egy kicsit és ezt találtam:

  I was able to find that the L300-1AD has the GL40 chipset. This means that the T9500 and T9300 are about the top of the line for your computer. I have run both with the GL40 chipset with no issues. I recommend the T9300 because it is just slightly slower than the T9500, but at half the price. These are the ONLY T9000 series processors that will work with your chipset, as the are the only ones that are 800Mhz FSB. Beyond that, I have successfully used the T7500, T7300, T7100, T6400, T5800, T5550, T4200, and T3400 with this chipset. There are probably others... but this is all I can remember off the top of my head.

  The T8100 and T8300 "should" work, as they are socked P and 800Mhz FSB, but I have never tried them personally(so try at your own risk).

  Also, if you decide to upgrade your OS to Windows 7 64 bit, you can actually upgrade your RAM to 8GB of 800Mhz DDR2 RAM. Toshiba's specs say 4GB, but the GL40 chipset will support 8GB. This requires the 64 bit OS. If you run the 32 bit OS, it will support a max of 4GB, but only see a little over 3GB.
