    *Tuned Cortex Script, CPU freq helper see GIT.
    *Updates to Alucard CPU Gov by DEV.
    *Added short path to Hotplug govs for advanced users.

    *Fixed Screen OFF CPU freq control! its was broken...
    Now works! i call that feature Anti Brain Cooking feature!
    As it's will make phone much more cold during call! as CPU cant get to max freq.
    But this control is set to MAX(disabled) at STweaks. so best to set it to 1.5Ghz max on screen off..
    *Updates to sound driver code.

    *Reverted BT/GPS mods to have more STOCK code for BT and GPS.
