    The estimated date for your order's delivery is February 24th.

    Yet, I would like to kindly inform you that the OnePlus Watch 3 is currently being restocked and a new estimated date has been offered, this being March 5th.

    I assure you that our team is doing their best to have the watch available again in our warehouses and to send them to our customers as soon as possible, yet there might be some delays for which we sincerely apologize.

    When the package will be ready to be shipped and a delivery company will pick it up from us, you will receive the tracking number and you will be able to further follow the delivery status.

    If you require any further information or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team, and we will be happy to guide you through the process.
    And because your feedback is a valuable part of our continuous improvement process, you can grade the service I provided in our e-mail chain once the final resolution is offered and the case is marked as solved and closed.
